Q.Where can I get templates for listing presentations?
A. When you patner with Keller Williams you were given a CD with a listing presentation in Power Point format. Your CD has the listing presentation and a Pre-List packet to send to your sellers prior to an appointment. You can also download the listing presentation here. 

Q. Where can I get templates for fliers?
A. Most title companies will produce high quality fliers for you - FREE. You can also use some online services such as IMPREV, Wiseagent or Top Producer. Make sure you download the boldtalent toolbar for more marketing resources.

Q. Where do I order my signs?
A.
You can order your signs from any sign company. Most of our agents will order from SIGNARAMA off Country Club and Guadalupe. Another good sign resource is in North Mesa, it is called Realty Signs.

Q. Where do I order my posts?
A.
You can order signs from various companies in the Valley. A couple of companies that will take your order online are http://www.smsproducts.com/ and www.realtyposts.com

Q. How do I enter a listing in the MLS?
A.
  Login to your ARMLS account, (LOGIN PAGE),  at the top right go to my page and in the drop down menu click on add/edit. At the top you will see three tabs VIEW MENU, PROPERTY LIST, NEW LISTING. Click on New Listing and enter the data off of your Residental Profile Sheet that you filled out when you took the listing. Also, as a new agent we recommend you work your first two deals with our Transacation Coordinator, Beth Dravis. Beth is also an Associate Broker and she will walk you through entering a listing for the first time. Call the office for

Q. Where do I find the features codes when entering a listing in the MLS?
A.
You can find a full list of the features codes on this site HERE. We have put them in word format also so you can open them in word and print them to take with you when taking a listing.

Q. What are the differences between contingencies?
A. See below for description:

  1. AWC-I Only when seller provides the listing broker with written instructions to continue marketing property to accept back up offers.
  2. AWC-O Only when the seller  of the listing accepts an offer to sell exclusively to a buyer within a specified period of time (existing tenant)
  3. AWC-C Only when the purchase of the property is contingent upon the sale of the buyers property.

Q. How soon does a listing need to be entered into the MLS after I take it?
A.
Within 24 hours of signing the listing paperwork unless the date of entry is different than you agreed to with the seller. If that is the case you must have a written note from the seller noting the date the seller wants the listing to start.

Q. How quickly do I need to change the status of a listing once an offer becomes an accepted contract?
A.
Within 72 Hours.

Q. When a Buyer's Agent calls to bring a client through, do I have to attend the showing if it is my listing?
A. No. When a Buyer's Agent calls give them the showing instructions you worked out with your client. The only time you would have to attend a showing is if your client does not allow a lockbox on the property. CONTINUED
