Good afternoon, I have attached this week’s up-to-date MLS Inventory Graphs. As you can see, we currently have 9.1 months worth of inventory in Active Listings in MLS. This is down slightly from last week when it was 9.2 months. The Southeast Valley is currently carrying an inventory of 7.9 months. This is the same as last week.
